  1. Hi Debra,

I salute you for being an avid dog lover, even donating to charities related to animals.

My hubby used to have a pet dog in our home country, but not anymore because of so many expenses involved.

My son has been begging to own a dog or a cat these days, but I’m not letting him because it takes a lot of time and discipline to take care of them, especially cleaning up their mess/poop.

I guess, I’m not just for dogs/cats or any animal for that matter.

Taking care of my home and my full-time job takes a lot of my time, so I guess, to each his own.

Happy for you and all animal lovers out there.

    Marita

    1. I actually wish more people would realize how much care a pet really requires before they get one. I’m all for as many pets being adopted as possible, but only if they don’t eventually become a source of resentment because of their care and expense. Debra
