Of all the programs to stop cats spraying I’ve reviewed, this one is my favorite. It’s become the only recommendation I make for people who are struggling with how to stop cat spraying in the house. It’s a program called “Cat Spray Stop” created by cat specialist and veterinarian, Susane Westinghouse. The guide offers easy-to-follow guidelines to stop cats spraying.
Cat Spray Stop Review
One of my favorite things about this program is that the author doesn’t just cover cat spraying. She discusses the importance and benefits of understanding your cat. She also emphasizes the benefit of consistency and routine when it comes to caring for a cat.
My vet once said, “Most cats aren’t ok with change. They prefer things to stay the same.” I think cats are most comfortable if they know what to expect. No surprises!
How to Stop Cat Spraying in the House
This guide focuses how to stop cat spraying from start to finish, including:
- Reasons why cats spray
- Signs your cat is about to spray
- How to clean up cat spray
The guide is written in a way that everyone can easily understand. It provides both general guidelines and specific strategies to stop any cat from spaying, no matter how long it’s been going on, and no matter what the reason is.
What Does The Cat Spray Stop Guide Cover?
This program doesn’t just cover how to stop cat spraying. It provides a ton of information, like I said, about caring for a cat. The guide covers the following topics:

Who Will Benefit from It?
This guide was created to help cat owners who are struggling with their cat spraying, peeing outside the litter box, or whose cat is urinating in the house, on the bed, on clothing, blankets…basically for people who need to get control of their cat’s inappropriate elimination FAST.
The Best Thing About The Cat Spray Stop
What’s the best thing about this guide? The obvious answer is that it actually STOPS your cat from spraying. No more spraying, no more stress.
No more messes to clean up, no more disgusting cat spray odors. No more frustration, and the best benefit: no more being angry with your cat.
Stopping your cat from spraying will improve your relationship with your cat by nurturing and strengthening your bond with your cat. The fact that you’ll finally understand not only why your cat is spraying, but why they do most anything, makes you a better cat owner, and definitely makes life easier for both of you!
The Only Cat Spray Stop Con
In order for this program to work, you have to be willing to follow through on the techniques by investing a short amount of time to implement this method.
If you don’t do it, it won’t work. The guide contains all of the strategies and concepts you need to know to successfully stop your cat from spraying. But it won’t be effective if you’re not willing to set aside some time to read it and really take action.
Don’t Wait
Order Susane Westinghouse’s Cat Spray Stop program today to stop your cat from spraying, once and for all. The program comes with a 60-day money back guarantee, so there’s absolutely no risk. If you aren’t satisfied, you will receive a full refund. No hassle, and no questions asked.
How to Clean Cat Spray
Until you complete the program and get this solved, here’s how to clean cat spray and eliminate cat spray odor. Clean the area as soon as possible by either wiping the surface where the cat sprayed, or using a paper towel or cloth to absorb the spray from carpet.
Then clean the area thoroughly with an enzymatic cleaner like Nature’s Miracle No More Marking.
This will eliminate the odor and help prevent the cat from spraying in the same area again. If your cat has sprayed on a blanket or clothing, wash the item in the washing machine with regular laundry detergent.
If the spray has gotten on the carpet, read this article, How to Remove Dog and Cat Urine from Carpet.

A couple of years ago we were cat owners. There were numerous times that our female cat would spray in and around plants, or randomly on a wall or other place when she was approaching the “heat” stage.
We tried everything, from paprika to sprays to tin-foil (which seemed to work the best). Eventually we got her ‘fixed’ and it eliminated the problem altogether, but I feel behavioural issues were always the case.
That said, I wished I came across this article then, as it would of been an interesting trial to use.
