3 Short Videos of Mrs. Ponzi Walking Enzo Can Be Viewed here. I believe these videos clearly demonstrate Mrs. Ponzi’s advanced age and frailty. Given Enzo’s history of reactivity, I do not believe Mrs. Ponzi has the strength nor stability to keep ahold of him if he lunges toward a dog, people, or cars, as I’ve witnessed and reported to her many times. I also believe this situation is unsafe for Mrs. Ponzi; if Enzo were to lunge, he could easily pull her down.
5/27/25: I witnessed Enzo lunging at a moving car while being walked by Mercedes. I did not get the lunge itself on video, but I did record Mercedes picking Enzo up and carrying him away from the street directly after the incident. Note that she also has her dog, Duck, on the leash: New dog walker, Mercedes carrying Enzo after a car lunging incident

These outings were later forbidden by Mrs. Ponzi without explanation. And, as I said in my report, I don’t believe the new dog walker or anyone else is taking Enzo to parks. I have no way of knowing for sure, but I have not witnessed his being taken off the property.
