Stop Cat Spraying

Your cat sees spraying as a totally innocent thing.  Cats have many built-in strategies for their surrival, and the survival of their species, and spraying is just one of them.  Cats aren’t stupid.  They don’t do things or repeat behaviors unless there’s a real reason for it.  So if you want to stop cat spraying, you first need to understand why the cat is spraying to begin with. I’m going to tell you about a program called, Cat Spray Stop that will help you get this solved fast.

  1. Hi Debra,

I really need your expertise on how to train our cats and dogs.

More than 2 months ago, I brought home a mother cat with her three 1-month-old kittens to my mom in the province because we couldn’t take care of them in the city. And I saw how she struggled to train them. Even with a litter bin, they would pee and poop anywhere in the kitchen. Basically, she spent a lot of time cleaning up that she got frustrated she’d lock them out of the house after every feed.

At that time, our dog also gave birth to two cute puppies and two months later they also started peeing and pooping on our balcony. I don’t know what we’re doing wrong because we never had this problem with our pets before. As much as we don’t like to put them on a leash in our backyard, we had to, especially when we leave the house and be back late in the afternoon.

By the way, our cats no longer spray nor urinate inside the house but I don’t know if your resources for training cats can also be applied to dogs.
