Pets Home Nail Clipping – Cutting Your Pet’s Nails Yourself

Pets Home Nail Clipping

I know what it’s like to worry about cutting your pet’s nails yourself. I’m always nervous about trimming Taz’s nails because I’m afraid I’ll cut them too short. I have them done at the vet’s office whenever she’s there, but if it’s been a long time since her last vet visit and there’s no other reason to take her in to see the vet, I will trim them myself.

Two things I’ve discovered recently have helped me so much – I’m way less nervous now about trimming Taz’s nails. The first is the video you’ve just watched on How to Trim Your Pet’s Nails. I feel like I actually know what I’m doing now! Also, I purchased some of the styptic powder mentioned in the video. I feel so much better just knowing I have this on hand now, because one of my biggest fears was that Taz would be bleeding and I wouldn’t be able to get it to stop. Problem solved!

I hope this information helps you. Do you have any tips you can share about how to trim your pet’s nails? Please comment if you do!
